She leads community-based outreach efforts that focus on engaging local organizations, municipalities, and underserved communities, including Spanish‑speaking populations. Her goal is to strengthen awareness and participation in clean energy opportunities.
Kathy holds a BA in Psychology and an Energy Science Certificate from Stockton University.
