Description
This meeting will explore how the cost of potential SAA projects will be borne and allocated. Specific topics will include how future users of any SAA transmission facilities not selected through New Jersey’s offshore wind generation solicitation process will pay their fair share of costs, how cost controls will be implemented, ratepayer protections, potential for federal funding and tax policy, cost allocation to New Jersey customers, or any other issues relevant to the topics.
