NJDCA Requests Feedback via RFI for a Modular Permitting Ecosystem
This Request for Information (RFI) is exploratory in nature. The goal is to conduct market research and understand the solutions for implementing a modular permitting ecosystem in which individual components — intake, review, payment, inspection, issuance — can be improved or replaced independently. Information gathered here will inform future technical requirements and project scoping. This is NOT a competitive procurement, and no contract will be awarded directly from this document.
