The NJCEP FY27 Proposed Comprehensive Resource Analysis, Budgets, and Programs
NJBPU today released the Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) Straw Proposal for New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program’s (NJCEP) Comprehensive Resource Analysis (CRA) and the proposed FY27 program budgets and compliance filings for public comment.
The following are available for review, including the Charge Up New Jersey Compliance Filing and the other EV programs, which are detailed in the Division of Clean Energy Compliance Filing:

The FY27 CRA Straw Proposal and FY27 program budgets and compliance filings are available here. The deadline for comments on this matter is 5 p.m. on Monday, June 8, 2026.
