Oscar is an Outreach Account Manager for New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program, where he actively engages with commercial, industrial, and multifamily customers to promote energy efficiency building practices in new construction projects throughout New Jersey. He has over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, focusing on community development and neighborhood stabilization. He also has 7 years of experience in construction, working on housing rehab, home hazard remediation, light industrial projects, and ENERGY STAR upgrades.
Oscar holds a BA in Anthropology from Rutgers University and an MCRP from Rutgers University’s Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.
