About the Program
The New Construction Program (NCP) supports the design and development of energy efficient new construction buildings in New Jersey. New or gut-rehab single family homes, townhomes, multifamily dwellings, commercial buildings, and industrial buildings are all eligible for the program. The program offers a single-entry point to three unique pathways to earn incentives: Bundled, Streamlined, and High Performance. As your building project achieves higher energy efficiency, you can qualify for larger incentives and optional bonuses, making energy efficiency a more cost-effective part of your project.

In order to participate in the New Construction Program, participants must utilize a firm that is registered as a Partner in the Partner Network.
