About the Partner Network
For architecture, engineering, or energy consulting firms – the Partner Network is an ideal opportunity for engagement and growth. This Network plays a crucial role in the success of the New Construction Program by providing high-quality building performance services to customers.
Working with builders and developers, they serve as the “energy expert,” and are required to follow specific program requirements. To join the Network, Partners must be reviewed and approved by the Program Manager. They may be approved to work under one or multiple pathways.

Submit a Project to the NCP
Approved Partners can submit and track applications directly through the New Construction Application Portal.
Workforce Development
Partners can take advantage of the workforce development opportunities offered by NJCEP. Reimbursements are available to employees who complete courses leading to certifications that support the New Construction Program.
